Norm's passion for outfitting teams started back when he was in high school. Entering a team in the local ball hockey tournament, he wanted his team to look good so he bought a dozen black t-shirts, stenciled a silver skull logo on them and surprised his team mates with the uniforms. They didn't win many games but they looked like the best team there.
Graduating with honours from Queen's University in Mechanical engineering Norm worked as an engineer and project manager (he holds 2 US Patents for design innovation) for over a decade before returning to his passion of T-shirt and logo design.
Founding Axis Gear in 2001 he has not looked back. His unique blend of problem solving and project management coupled with his eye for design and detail will help to keep your project on time and in budget but also give it a creative touch.
In his spare time, Norm is usually out with his wife and two young children hiking and exploring nature. An expert ``no train and run a 5k`` type of runner, Norm hopes to run his first 1/2 marathon in the next year …
