Steps to Ordering
| Step 1 | Design and Artwork You can choose to download our templates and design your jersey yourself or call or email us and have us do it for you. All we need are your logos and ideas. Please refer to our Artwork Guidelines for details. Once all of your artwork and logos have been gathered, please send them to us. |
| Step 2 | Determine sizing For the best fit, we highly recommend that you request a fit kit. We require a credit card deposit, but your card will not be charged if the samples are returned, unused, within 21 days. You are responsible for the freight. Alternatively, you can consult our size chart and compare our measurments to other jerseys you may already have. Please note that every style fits differently as they are designed for different purposes. |
| Step 3 | Complete the Order Form Please ensure that all of the information is complete and correct on your order form. Incomplete order forms may delay your order. |
| Step 4 | Order Verification Axis Gear will send you back an order confirmation form which will include all prices and order details. |
| Step 5 | Pay the Deposit *All discounted orders must be paid by cheque |
| Step 6 | Layout Approval Once all of the artwork has been submitted, Axis Gear will email you a copy of your jersey artwork layout. This is the time to make any final changes that you need. If the layout is approved, you just need to fax or email us back a signed copy of the layout. |
| Step 7 | Proceed to Production Now that your deposit has been paid,and your layout approved, your order will proceed to production. Estimated time of delivery is 6 weeks (but can vary seasonaly.) *Need your order faster? Ask us about our rush service. |
| Step 8 | Receiving your Shipment Final payment must be made prior to shipment of your order. If you have signed the order form with your credit card information, it will be charged upon shipping. If you are paying by cheque, please ensure that we recieve it prior to the estimated ship date so that there are no delays. |
